A text commissioned by curators Mark and Stephen Beasley for the FLUFFERS II project.

FLUFFERS II, inspired by Brian Eno and Peter Schmidt’s Oblique Strategies (1975), is a deck of 100 cards containing aphorisms suggested by invited figures from the fields of art, architecture, and music. The cards are intended as both a problem-solving aid and also as a snapshot of the respective artists’ working methods.

Exhibited at White Columns, New York (for the exhibition FLUFFERS II) and The Show Room, London (for the event Support Structures).

The deck of cards has been published as part of Support Structures.
